We're in the club now!

We're having to put together invoices for the Business Loan People so that they can weigh out the best options for us. So we had to go restaurant appliance shopping. Usually I'm all for a shopping trip, but this was a little overwhelming. Making a list of everything needed to go in a coffee house is a LONG LIST.
Luckily we had our little helpers Jessi and Lily to help us get things done.



I am excited that we got our Restaurant Depot club cards though. Now I can buy 30lbs of pina colada Italian ice if ever the mood should strike me!

Looking at this beautiful picture of Jessi (Ashleys daughter) makes me want to be adventurous with my own wardrobe. Isn't this the cutest? Oh to be 4 years old and get away with wearing fairy wings. Love her!

Juggling

We're so excited about having a draft lease drawn up for the property that we think would be the best home for our Hodgepodge coffee house and gallery.
There's a couple of hiccups though. It seems that we need the location to apply for loans, but we need the loans to pay for the location. We need the location to apply for licenses, but need the licenses before we can sign the lease. It's such a balancing act. And all 3 of us girls are not looking as peachy as usual. :(

We did find time to celebrate the 4th of July; which just so happens to be my birthday :)
Krystle made me the most AMAZING birthday cupcake ever. It's going to be our signature "Hodgepodge" cupcake. Vanilla and chocolate swirl, with strawberries inside and butter cream frosting. It was so pretty that I didn't want to eat it at first, but then I remembered what a freaking AWESOME cupcake genius she is...
